The parts that never move

What your price does not depend on.

What you charge

Client payments settle into your own account, through your own gateway. We are not in that flow and we take no percentage of it.

How many clients

Ten on your books or a hundred and ten, the number on your invoice is the same one.

How busy the month was

A quiet December costs what a full March costs. Nothing is metered and nothing is counted.

Getting started

No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no migration fee. The first thing you pay for is the subscription itself.

Before you ask

The questions that actually get asked.

Do you take a cut of what my clients pay me?

No, and there is no arrangement in which we could. Client payments go to your own account through your own payment gateway. The subscription is the only money that comes to us.

Is there a free trial?

No. Every practice is verified before it can subscribe, which is the point: everybody inside has been checked. You apply, we verify, and only then are you asked to pay.

When does a seat start costing me?

Only when an invited therapist actually joins and their profile exists. You can send more invitations than you have seats open; the count happens at the moment somebody accepts, not when you send it.

What if I add a therapist mid-cycle?

You pay only for the days left in the cycle you are already in, worked out against that cycle's real length rather than a rounded month. From the next renewal the seat bills in full.

Can I reduce seats?

Yes. The reduction is recorded straight away and takes effect at your next renewal, so the cycle you have already paid for runs to its end. There is no mid-cycle refund.

Can I move between monthly and annual?

In either direction. Whatever is unused in your current cycle is credited against the new one, and anything left over is held against a future invoice rather than lost.

Who owns the clinical records?

You do. Your practice's records and content remain yours, we claim no ownership of your clinical data, and we process it only to run the service. Under the DPDP Act your practice is the Data Fiduciary for those records, which is also why the consent, retention and erasure tooling is yours to operate rather than something we do on your behalf.

What happens to my records if I stop paying, or close the practice?

Nothing is deleted. A missed payment moves the subscription to past due, then restricts and finally suspends access after seven days, and suspension never destroys data. Closing a practice is a deliberate, separate act: access ends when you confirm it, and the records are then held according to your own retention policy rather than wiped at the end of a countdown. How long a therapy record should be kept in India, and why no statute actually sets a period for a therapist, is set out in our guide on record retention.

Your practice has been waiting.
